I am heading off, a week from Sunday.... The time has finally come. I will try to keep this as up-to-date as possible and share with you all my experiences. As Ellie put it, Alaska is far, far away.... I looked on the map..... she's right! Stay in touch.

While it is true that Alaska is far, far away from Texas. It is actually really close to Russia. That probably doesn't help much but something to take into account... ;)
Have fun over there and be careful. You're not doing any of that crab fishing are you? I saw a tv show on that and it's one of the most dangerous jobs ever.

Molly peck - you my friend are someone who I not only respect, I genuinely like watching your life. The things that God has done in the last year of your life are immeasurable and bring joy to all that watch. I think you leave this weekend and even though I did not get to see you in person before you left our hope and our anticipation go with you. We will continue praying for the Peck family. Take care, don't forget the essentials. Bring a hatchet....you read the book right? Actually I think that took place in British Columbia but whatever. Be careful of men in trees.
Take lots a pictures, post often and make sure you find me a good outfitter.
